Save the Date: All The Things will be coming soon

save-the-date

Hello, how are things with you? Hope you’re not too stressed, and you’re settling down to enjoy the festive season.

Things are fine here, although you might have noticed the blog’s been a little quieter than usual this month. That’s just because I’ve had that weird bug that’s been going round, you know, the one you just can’t seem to shift. Like when Great Auntie Mavis arrives extra early for Christmas, hangs around for what feels like forever and then finally clears off at 8pm on New Year’s Eve. Except for the germs didn’t drink all the gin.

Anyway, I digress.

This post is to give you a heads up about what’s coming to the site over the next few days and weeks. Look out for:

  • Boxing Day and New Year sales lists
  • Jump Start January (including a Tenner Week budgeting challenge in Week 3)
  • An ‘Empty the Storecupboard’ challenge in February
  • An ‘Empty the Freezer’ challenge in April

The Jump Start for January 2016 is going to include something new to try every day (AKA daily microresolutions), and will have some days dedicated to wellbeing on a budget. I’m also going to make the final week about debt, because official figures show that Brits have been overspending more than usual in the last months of 2015.

If you’d like to know more about the rules of doing a Tenner Week challenge, or you want to refresh your memory, they’re here.

Will you be joining me for any of these? I’m really looking forward to it!
