My luxurious Christmas wish list

Christmas 2021 is on the way, so I’m getting my luxury wish list together and it’s filled with gorgeous goodies. Well, if you can’t treat yourself to something special after a year like the one we’ve all had, when can you? These have all been tickling my fancy, oh yes!

My luxury Christmas 2021 wishlist

The Diamond Store emerald and diamond ring* | RRP £279, £198 in sale if you hurry. Buy here.

A delicate, feminine sparkly ring with emerald and lab-grown diamonds that ticks a lot of boxes for me. The lab-grown diamonds have exactly the same carbon structure as mined diamonds, and they catch the light like only real diamonds can. They also avoid the environmental damage of mining, as well as the associated human conflict, that has put me off diamonds in the past. It’s beautiful, and the company has excellent customer service too.

Luxardo maraschino liqueur, 70cl | Best offer £29.95, House of Malt, or £30.95 with free delivery at Amazon.

Gorgeous, not-too sweet cherry liqueur that’s an essential ingredient for making Aviation cocktails, which I’ve chosen to be my Christmas cocktail for 2021 in the hope of blue skies ahead. Sometimes a bit tricky to find, especially at a good price, but there’s no real substitute for it.

Their Nibs pomegranate print satin pyjamas | £35.00. Buy here.

The newest design from Their Nibs is an absolute stunner with rich colours and luxurious fabric, like wearing a work of art and perfect for decadent lounging. I also fancy this purple/burgundy robe, £39.00 from John Lewis, to go with them that has a touch of Le Smoking glamour thanks to the satin collar.

Dreamland luxury faux husky fur heated throw | RRP £99.99. Buy at Lakeland or Argos.

Santa baby, slip a sable under the tree, cruelty free, I’ve been an awfully cool girl, Santa baby. Get extra cosy under this fancy heated fake fur throw. As a bonus you get to pretend to be a modern day Greta Garbo, holed up in some fancy hotel. There are rumours that some people have been sitting outside in the garden with these with the help of an extension cable, but I couldn’t possibly comment.

The Perfume Companion by Sarah McCartney & Samantha Scriven | RRP £22. Best deal £16.29 at Hive Books, which supports local bookshops.

The perfect gift for any perfume lover, this big, beautiful book walks you through both the basics and the more esoteric aspects of the world of fragrance. It also contains around 500 profiles of amazing perfumes you can still buy, from the classic vintage scents to the modern mainstream, and out into niche territory.

Maison Margiela Replica By the Fireplace eau de toilette, 30 ml | RRP £49. Or £43.00 at Notino.

Magic in a bottle, conjuring a cosy night in by a crackling log fire, with hints of festive spices and roasting chestnuts. A small bottle is enough to see me though the coldest months but also quite tricky to find because it looks like a few other people have had the same idea…

Ella James filigree tray | £59. Buy here.

I love to have a beautiful tray close to hand during the festive season for drinks, cocktail kit, snacks and candles. This one has just the right amount of relaxed bohemian luxe to pull the home decor together without looking like you’ve tried too hard. They have matching candle holders and lanterns if you want to go all in.

Fortnum & Mason pralines & ganache selection box, 120g  | £15.95. Buy here.

A little pricey, yes, but what a gorgeous stocking filler, and they’re always great quality. It’s just once a year and this is where I often go for that special something – they’ve never let me down yet. And no, I’m not sharing them. Well, maybe one or two…

What’s on your Christmas wish list this year, apart from good health and happiness?

Full disclosure: * I have been gifted store credit without obligation at The Diamond Store so that I could try out their service. This is my honest unpaid opinion, and I only include things I love.
