How to get the most out of Prime Day

Here are a few quick tips for finding the best deals:

Although it’s billed as 11th of July, the deals actually start at 6pm on the 10th of July so be looking at the site from then onwards.

Track offers slightly in advance by using the Amazon mobile & tablet app. Check the ‘Today’s Deals’ section then click through to ‘Upcoming’ to see what’s coming up in the next 24 hours. Tap ‘Watch this Deal’ to follow the progress of anything you’re interested in.

You can also watch deals using the Amazon Assistant feature on your desktop or laptop computer.

Some deals are Lightning Deals and only last a few minutes, so you’ll have to be quick.

If you miss out on a deal, all is not lost – you might still be able to get it later if more stock becomes available. When an item shows ‘100% claimed’, click the ‘Join Waitlist’ button on the product page. If additional items become available, you’ll receive a notification.
