Jump Start January: Healthy Week: Day 2

It’s cardio training day today. I’ve managed to get a free 5-day gym membership that begins this afternoon, so I’ll be starting with 30 to 60 minutes of cardio training, plus warm-up and warm-down.

This will include elliptical trainer, exercise bike, rowing machine and treadmill. Yikes, it’s been a while. I’ll be a sweaty big mess by the end of it…

If you can’t get a free gym membership, you could consider cycling, running, Wii Fit, XBox 360 fitness or dancing, or even some heavy duty digging in the garden. Use whatever you have to hand.
