declutter and organise week healthy action organise health appointmentToday it’s time to get rid of some psychological clutter, and get more organised about general health and wellbeing. It’s easy to put things off, say we’ll get around to it later, hope it gets better on its own, etc etc…

Today, take one positive step that will improve your health. You’ll know what your own personal priorities are right now, so pick something from the following list that suits you best:

  • Eye test and/or new contact lenses or glasses
  • Dentist or hygenist
  • General screening: blood pressure, height and weight, cholesterol etc
  • Vaccinations
  • Follow-up appointment or repeat prescription for chronic conditions
  • SH / GUM clinic, smear test, contraception
  • Chemist’s for over-the-counter treatments for minor conditions
  • Chiropodist
  • GP appointment
  • Physiotherapy or osteopath
  • Stress reduction, counselling etc

Your health is important, so take good care of yourself today and make it a priority.
