  • A brisk walk around your neighbourhood
  • Some power walking in a nearby park
  • Jogging or running
  • Outdoor exercise class
  • Cycling
  • Skating
  • Gardening
  • DIY on house exterior
  • Cleaning downstairs windows

Yes, a wander down your local high street looking in the shop windows does count, in case you were wondering.

Just get out in the fresh air, and get some natural daylight for at least half an hour.
