In June, British seasonal foods start to become more varied and colourful, but this year’s frosty April and rainy May have delayed the growth of quite a few crops so some of them might be a little slow coming to market. Hopefully the recent burst of sunshine will help most of them to catch up. There are also some interesting seasonal imports if you can get hold of them.
