Today I was at the Designer Jumble Sale, which was a bit like a sample sale but with mostly second hand and vintage clothes. I wore something I could quickly throw clothes on over, or under, so I didn’t have to queue for the changing cubicles.
Here’s the outfit:
Green and purple dress, brown shoes, green bag.
Also added:
Yesterday I had meetings in town and needed to look vaguely presentable and ladylike. Vaguely, anyway.
The outfit:
Grey and cream stripe top, khaki skirt, brown shoes.
Tomorrow I need to have a khaki-less 24 hours. Am all khaki’d out…

A quick outfit for a busy Monday.
Here’s what I wore:
Waterfall cardigan (done up as a draped crossover top), khaki trousers, tan belt, brown shoes.

Would probably not have worn something like this if I’d been left to my own devices, but did really like it once it was on. It’s quite handy to have cardigans that can be done up to wear as tops or dresses, or shirts that can be worn open as jackets – gives you a few more options.

Saturday was a writing-shopping-dinner-and-a-movie kind of day.

Long-line cardigan (worn done up as a jumper dress), black boots.

Not bad, trust me when I say that this combination looks better on.
On Sunday I had to run out for groceries, had a recce round the nearest Poundland (details coming soon), went for a walk, and got some cooking and gardening done. Also finally got around to watching Paranormal Activity on DVD. We can safely say that Sunday was not the most glamorous day of the week, but here’s what I wore:
Grey and silver top, orange scarf, black skirt, grey baseball boots, tan bag.
Also added:
No idea what I’m going to wear tomorrow because most things are in the wash.
